July 10th 2011

catch up
After several weeks of disruption with the IUPUI board of Studying Abroad, the trip to Japan is back on, the only bad thing is the wait, now i head off on September 15th of this year, Helen is still just a friend, and is currently busy in raising more money to have more fun over in Japan. I am taking classes to further my writing abilities, not to mention working myself to raise some money, and playing a new roll playing game, which i got into after my last blog, called Pathfinder. It's the society play that i've been mainly into. mainly, i am just sitting still in this river of life waiting for the current to pick back up and move me along. Helen and myself have to run back up to Chicago to re-apply for our Visa's sometime in the next few months (within 68 days).

Hopes for Japan
Over the past year, i've been asked what i hope to gain/do in Japan. Truthfully, i haven't gave this question much though. I tell my teachers that i want to learn how to make a Katana (Japanese sword for those who don't know) and visit Kyoto, to feel the spiritual vibe of the place. While those two things are true, i hope to gain a better knowledge of the Japanese language, gain more experiences to improve my writing, i would like to meet the Fukushima 50 and talk to them about their experiences and thank them for what they did. and, well you already know the last one, to gain access to Helen's heart. Yes, i am a fool and a romantic, but in today's world, we are a dieing breed.

Well, this is all for this weekly update (even though it's about a month or two late)
