Day 1 in Japan. 9/15-16/2011

Well, the time has finally come, and I have left the States to Japan…. That is after the two hour delay at the Indy Airport. Though I was there with good company, Shelly, and we started to watch Blue Streak while trying to get our exit seats. That never happened we got stuck in the middle of the plane for 13 hours. We talked and we watched movies, and yes even listened to some music. All in all, it was a long ass trip that wasn’t that bad. She got more sleep than I did, but I did get some rest as well. After we arrived in Japan, we went through immigration and meet up with some friends, both old and new. We started to head up to Oyama, but before we did, we stopped at a sushi place and ate a late dinner. We drove up from Narita airport all the way to Oyama, a four hour drive. Since I didn’t get much sleep on the plane everyone expected me to fall asleep… Did Not Happen, I am not that weak. After we got to Oyama, they drove me to my new apartment and we said our goodbyes.
